新一代高分辨率色譜分離介質的開發(fā)，對工藝色譜柱的工程設計提出了更高的要求。為了滿足這些需求，pcistek公司開發(fā)ZTfina系列核酸純化柱。ZTfina色譜柱是專門設計用于聚合物離子交換，疏水相互作用和反相色譜介質。他們結合了一些新穎的特點，包括一個液壓適配器和特殊篩網分配器。柱管材料為316L不銹鋼。這些柱子易于操作，符合生物制藥生產中應用的高標準衛(wèi)生標準。
